Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai BKPP Kota Semarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sebanyak 100 pegawai dijadikan sampel dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh. Namun, kelima variabel secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan                       Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of BKPP employees in Semarang City. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 100 employees selected through a Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data were measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The results show that leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline and work environment do not. Collectively, all five variables significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction
