<![CDATA[Pada umumnya sering terjadi selisih antara perhitungan jumlah metode survey dan bucket count. Juga pencapaian mine progress terhadap target produksi yang telah direncanakan. Untuk mengetahui berapa besar selisih perhitungan volume overburden dan batubara yang tertambang serta pencapain mine progress terhadap target produksi maka diperlukan kegiatan survey aktual. Pada penelitian ini terdapat selisih antara metode survey dan bucket count. Selisih dari kedua metode tersebut disebebkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pemegangan stick prisma yang kurang standar saat pengambilan data, pengambilan titik detail data dilapangan kurang teliti, kesalahan pencatatan jumlah bucket dan muatan bucket yang kurang optimal.Target produksi yang direncanakan di PT Binuang Mitra Bersama untuk kegiatan pemindahan overburden sebesar 80.000 Bcm bulan Mei dan 70.000 Bcm bulan Juni dan produksi batubara sebesar 15.000 Ton bulan Mei dan 12.500 Ton bulan Juni. Persentase selisih pencapaian target produksi bulan Mei untuk overburden -5,9% dan batubara sebesar -11%. Sedangkan persentase selisih pencapaian target produksi bulan Juni untuk overburden sebesar -14,4% dan batubara -8,2%. Persentase ini menunjukkan bahwa seringnya terjadi target produksi yang tidak tercapai, sehingga perlu dievaluasi. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidaktercapaian target produksi ini yaitu produktivitas alat gali yang rendah, alat angkut yang kurang.Kata-kata Kunci: Survei, Target produksi, Bucket countABSTRACTDiscrepancies frequently occur between volume calculations obtained through the survey method and the bucket count method, as well as in the achievement of mine progress relative to planned production targets. To accurately determine the extent of volume differences for overburden and coal, and to assess mine progress performance, actual field surveys are essential. This study identifies a variance between the survey and bucket count methods, which is attributed to several factors: non-standard prism stick handling during data collection, inaccuracy in recording detailed field points, and errors in bucket count data, including suboptimal bucket loading.At PT Binuang Mitra Bersama, the planned overburden removal was 80,000 BCM in May and 70,000 BCM in June, while coal production targets were 15,000 tons and 12,500 tons, respectively. The percentage shortfall from production targets in May was -5.9% for overburden and -11% for coal, while in June it was -14.4% for overburden and -8.2% for coal. These figures indicate frequent underperformance against production targets. Contributing factors include low excavation equipment productivity and insufficient hauling capacity.
