Abstract

In the Qur'an, women actually have the same status as men. Generally, in Muslim society, women are considered to have a status one level below men. This arises partly from the construction of classical interpretations that are gender-biased and patriarchal, so that these interpretations often result in women being unable to participate in the public sphere. Therefore, women are often marginalized by men, women's rights and freedoms are bound by men. In contrast to classical interpretation methods, the development of modern interpretations has given rise to contextual interpretations using the hermeneutic method in interpreting women within the framework of the Qur'an. The results of this study show that the Qur'an upholds the values ​​of justice and honesty, including in the context of gender relations, emphasizing that justice does not mean absolute equality, but rather treatment that is appropriate to the needs and responsibilities of each. Based on the various references to women, women and men are actually equal. Women can also be like men, they can also be in the public sphere. Therefore, today women can also play a role, whether in politics, government, and other positions. Keywords: The Qur’an, Women, Gender

Abstract

Bullying dapat kita jumpai di semua lapisan masyarakat. Dalam aspek Islam, bullying disebabkan oleh lunturnya nilai-nilai agama. Islam sangat melarang umatnya untuk saling menyakiti. Tulisan ini fokus mengkaji tentang jenis-jenisbullying, faktor-faktor penyebab bulling serta pesan Al Quran tentang bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library reasearch). Data dikumpulkan melalui data primer berupa Kitab Tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan Kitab Tafsir Jalalain yang berhubungan dengan tema dan data sekunder berupa jurnal yang relevan. Larangan bullying dijelaskan dalam Al Quran, berdasarkan Surat Al Hujarat ayat 11 ditegaskan bahwa kita dilarang untuk mengolok-ngolok orang lain dengan cara mencela dan merendahkan harga diri orang lain. Tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan Tafsir Jalalain sama-sama menjelaskan larangan untuk mengolok-olok sesama manusia. Pada umumnya tindakan bullying melibatkan dua pihak. Kedua pihak tersebut mempunyai masing-masing solusi yaitu solusi untuk pelaku dan solusi untuk korban bullying. Adapun beberapa cara untuk mencegah bullying adalah dengan meningkatkan taqwa kita kepada Allah, selalu belajar berkata baik, dan memanggil seseorang dengan sebutan yang baik.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the holy book for Muslims and is a guide to life for every Muslim. To study the Qur'an, you need media that can translate the meaning of the verses contained in the Qur'an, one of which is tafsir. Interpretation is very useful for understanding and studying the Qur'an as a guide for every aspect of life on this earth. As devout Muslims, if someone has died and has assets, then these assets must be passed on to those entitled to them. Islam has provided instructions regarding inheritance of inheritance, of which the Qur'an is the main source of inheritance law. In this work, we will discuss the meaning of inheritance, history of inheritance, inheritance verses in the Koran, elements of inheritance and distribution of inheritance based on Islamic guidelines. Based on the benefit of the ummah, the reality and situation of the inheritance journey, especially for women, in detail it can be said as follows: pre-Islam did not get it at all while men got a full inheritance, then Islam came with the guidance of the Qur'an in its verse stating that women can heirs are one third while men are two thirds. Furthermore, in the current situation which is based on the reality where economic responsibilities can be played by women, inheritance also follows the existing law in dividing women's inheritance equally with men's share, existing inherited assets are divided equally by both men and women.  Keywords: Inheritance, verses of the Qur'an, recipients of inheritance
