AbstrakLatar belakang: Pregnancy Massage merupakan teknik pemijatan dengan metode efflurage yang dilakukan dalam titik tertentu pada tubuh ibu hamil. Dalam hal ini ibu hamil trimester III mengeluhkan takut dalam menghadapi persalinan. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamil yaitu menggunakan terapi non-farmakologi berupa Pregnancy Massage. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pregma (pregnancy massage) terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Kartasura. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi-Eksperimental Design dengan model One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan rata-rata pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2024 sebanyak 35 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan purposive sampling. Diperoleh sampel sejumlah 37 responden. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna pada Pregma (pregnancy massage) terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Kartasura (p-value 0,05). Kesimpulan: Teknik Pregma (pregnancy massage) dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III.Kata Kunci: Pregnancy Massage, Kecemasan, Ibu Hamil Trimester III AbstractBackground: Pregnancy Massage is a massage technique with an efflurage method that is carried out at a certain point on the body of pregnant women.
