Abstract

Employee engagement has become a concern in a competitive world and is a very important issue for organizations. This study aims to determine the partial effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior on employee engagement at BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sample of this study is a saturated sample consisting of 99 respondents. Data processing of the research results using SPSS version 26 using data analysis is carried out using linear regression techniques to assess the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership is partially included in the good category and has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, as well as job satisfaction is partially included in the good category and has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior is also partially positive and significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian dibahas memiliki tujuan guna mengkaji pengaruhnya kepemimpinan transformasional serta pengembangan karir dalam kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. Metode penelitian diaplikasikan pada perihal diteliti ialah bermetode penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif dan verifikatif. Kepemimpinan transformasional, peluang pengembangan karier, dan kebahagiaan kerja adalah tiga faktor yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Mengingat jumlah total 1.043 karyawan PT X dengan memilikinya bermasa kerja melebihi 3 tahun sebagai populasi dalam perihal diteliti, sampel sebanyak 282 orang diambil menggunakan pendekatan sampling probabilitas, yaitu Simple Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin. Uji statistik untuk normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas dilakukan sebagai bagian dari analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Selain itu, uji determinan (R²), uji simultan (uji F), dan uji parsial (uji t) juga digunakan dalam analisis data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan.

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital era have transformed consumer purchasing behavior. People are now increasingly savvy in utilizing technological advancements, requiring companies to maintain and improve employee performance to keep pace with these changes. Employee performance is a crucial factor for business sustainability, as human resources, or human capital, are a company's primary asset. Employees play a key role in achieving the organization's vision and mission. However, some companies still fail to recognize the strategic value of employees as an asset. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of rewards, punishments, and work discipline on the performance of J&T Express employees in the Greater Bandung Operational Area. The research method is quantitative associative, the sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, the data analysis test of this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Determination Coefficient, Goodness Fit Model Test (F Test), Individual Significance Test (t-Statistic Test), The results of the research show that  Rewards, Punishment, and Work Discipline Influence have a significant effect on the Performance of  J&T Express Operational Employees in the Greater Bandung Operational Area.
