Abstract

Rules, laws and prohibitions were made to direct human life. For a nation, this is important as a way of life that must be applied by its people. God made the covenant with the Israelites like a deal. Through Moses, God gave all the laws which were the conditions of the agreement to the nation of Israel.On this journal, the author will describe how the Ten Commandments brought a feeling of truth to the social life of the Israelites and obedience to that covenant.The purpose of the author in this article is to find an understanding of the Ten Commandments, find out how the Israelites responded when accepting the agreement, discover how the Ten Commandments played a role in the survival of the nation of Israel, especially the relationship with God and others and find principles that can be applied by each believers in this contemporary era.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to gain an understanding of the exposition of Ephesians 6:1-4 and its application to the roles and responsibilities of parents and children in a Christian family. In this article, the author describes the way of life of believers, especially how the relationship between parents and children in Christ. The method used in this writing is a qualitative research method with a literature study and hermeneutic approach. The data comes from Christian articles, Bible commentary books, and other sources. This research results in an interpretation of the epistlemEphesians 6:1-4 as well as the application that can be applied within the scope of the Christian family.

Abstract

A quarter-life crisis is a phase where a person feels anxious about their life in the future. The transition from adolescence to adulthood has several challenges that are certainly different from the previous developmental process. As a person progresses towards a more mature age, they will face new challenges such as work, marital status, and mindset changes. This phase often causes stress for some people. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed to shape the mindset so that people in young adulthood can face it with the right mindset. The researcher will use a psycho-social approach to identify this problem and provide a perspective from Christian education. The article with the title Perspective of Christian Education in Dealing with Quarter-Life Crisis in Early Adulthood uses descriptive qualitative methods with references from several studies that have been conducted in the last five years. The results of this study report that the Christian perspective is expected to be a solution in dealing with quarter-life crises so that every adult can realize that the emotional crisis they feel can be overcome by themselves because they are the ones who decide to choose the direction of their life plans.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji perbandingan antara Kurikulum Cambridge dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar yang diterapkan di Indonesia, ditinjau dari sudut pandang pendidikan Kristen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode komparatif dan kepustakaan, di mana penulis menganalisis persamaan dan perbedaan antara kedua kurikulum berdasarkan struktur, pendekatan pengajaran, penilaian, serta tujuan pendidikan. Kurikulum Cambridge dikenal dengan standar akademik internasionalnya dan difokuskan pada pengembangan kompetensi berpikir kritis serta keterampilan akademis yang tinggi. Sementara itu, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar menekankan fleksibilitas, penguatan karakter, dan keterampilan hidup yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal serta nilai-nilai Pancasila. Meskipun keduanya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, tantangan terbesar dalam penerapan kedua kurikulum ini terletak pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia, khususnya tenaga pendidik, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur di berbagai sekolah. Artikel ini juga mengkaji peran penting pendidik dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Kristiani ke dalam proses pembelajaran di kedua kurikulum tersebut. Pada akhirnya, integrasi antara aspek akademis dan nilai-nilai spiritual dianggap krusial untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga beriman dan berkarakter kuat.
