Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di pondok pesantren Darussalam Lirboyo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan uji regresi sederhana. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di pondok pesantren Darussalam Lirboyo. Berdasarkan hasil uji t sebesar 0,589 lebih besar dari r tabel yaitu 0, 235 untuk taraf kesalahan 0,05. Artinya jika t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Adapun pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik berdasarkan tabel model summary terdapat 5% dan sisanya sebanyak 95% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. The purpose of this research is determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence to student learning achievement at Islamic Boarding School of Darussalam Lirboyo. Data were collected using questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. The type of data analysis used is a simple regression test to find the influence between teacher pedagogical competence and student learning achievement. There is no influence between the pedagogical competence of teachers to student learning achievement in Fiqh subjects at Darussalam Lirboyo Islamic boarding school. Based on the t test results of 0.589 which is greater than the r table, namely 0, 235 for an error rate of 0.05. The meaning that if t count is greater than t table then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. While the effect of teacher pedagogical competence on student learning achievement based on the model summary table is 5% and the remaining 95% is influenced by other variables.
