Abstract

Pondok pesantren memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan sistem pendidikan Islam nasional karena merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam pertama. Meskipun beberapa pesantren masih terus beroperasi, banyak pesantren yang telah ditinggalkan seiring berjalannya waktu. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah implementasi manajemen pesantren yang tidak memadai, yang masih mengandalkan praktik manajemen tradisional. Menerapkan manajemen pesantren yang efektif adalah metode yang layak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pesantren secara keseluruhan. Manajemen mengawasi dan memandu operasional lembaga pesantren, memastikan bahwa mereka dapat dimonitor secara efektif. Para kyai telah menerapkan berbagai inisiatif untuk mengatasi keterbelakangan pendidikan di pesantren. Kebutuhan lembaga non-formal seperti pesantren di Indonesia terletak pada kemampuan mereka untuk menyediakan pendidikan yang unggul. Saat ini, baik pesantren maupun institusi formal memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan bangsa. Oleh karena itu, ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pondok pesantren, khususnya pondok pesantren salafiyah, melalui penerapan ISO (International Standard Organizer). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka kerja manajemen Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Bertaraf Internasional di Kabupaten Cilacap, Indonesia meliputi: 1) Manajemen Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah mengikuti rencana yang mencakup "strategi perencanaan program" yang terdiri dari program jangka pendek, jangka menengah, dan jangka panjang. 2) Pelaksanaan rencana tersebut meliputi pendistribusian dan pemilihan program berdasarkan musyawarah. 3) Pondok pesantren memberikan teladan kepada bawahannya (pengurus dan ulama) dengan cara terjun langsung melaksanakan program kegiatan pesantren. 4) Langkah-langkah pengawasan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Miftahul Huda Majenang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu pengawasan pada tahap pembelajaran, pengawasan pada tahap program, dan pengawasan untuk pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method to explore and deeply understand the experiences and perceptions that arise from the PKBM head's strategy in improving the quality of learning at PKBM Al-Madinah. . This qualitative approach also draws on Sugiyono's framework, which emphasizes naturalistic data collection and thematic analysis to understand.,This approach was chosen because of its ability to naturally describe the state of the object of study, namely the dynamics of the learning process and the role of the PKBM head, with a focus on the meaning created from the experiences of the actors in the field. This method is grounded in the phenomenological theory developed by Edmund Husserl, which emphasizes the importance of uncovering the essence of subjective experience through direct description without prejudice, combined with Martin Heidegger's interpretive approach to understand the existential context of the strategies implemented. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, then processed using phenomenological reduction techniques to identify key themes reflecting the quality of learning at PKBM Al-Madinah. Abstract

Discusses school culture to show how the school's vision and mission aim to accelerate the achievement of the school's vision and mission at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Darul Ulum. This study is a qualitative field study with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques, which involve analysing data in the form of words, images, and not numbers. The results of this study, in line with the research questions, can be summarised as follows: The school culture at MI Darul Ulum includes: a. Greeting culture, b. Rituals, such as collective prayer, congregational Zuhr prayer at the beginning of the time, congregational Dhuha prayer, and chanting slogans, c. Celebrations and traditions, such as Monday ceremonies, motivational assemblies, and sixth-grade graduation ceremonies, as well as student creativity events, d. Routines, such as advice sessions, orientation programmes, clean-up Saturdays, self-defence training, writing reflection journals and communication journals, Ramadan camps, and memorising Quran chapters 30 and 29. 2) The role of school cultural efforts is highly significant as a contributor to accelerating the achievement of the school's vision and mission at Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Darul Ulum
