Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the school program outlined in the Annual Work Plan (RKT) at SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu and to examine its contribution to improving the quality of education. The evaluation was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that most of the programs in the RKT were implemented as planned, particularly in enhancing teacher competence, developing student character, and optimizing facilities and infrastructure. However, several obstacles were identified, such as budget limitations and a lack of parental involvement. Overall, the implementation of the RKT has had a positive impact on educational quality, although improvements are still needed in monitoring and in fostering more comprehensive and sustainable engagement from all school stakeholders.Keywords: Evaluation, School program, Quality of education Abstak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program sekolah yang tertuang dalam Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT) di SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu serta mengkaji kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar program dalam RKT telah terlaksana sesuai perencanaan, terutama dalam aspek peningkatan kompetensi guru, pengembangan karakter siswa, dan optimalisasi sarana prasarana. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua. Secara umum, implementasi RKT berdampak positif terhadap mutu pendidikan, meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam monitoring dan pelibatan seluruh elemen sekolah secara lebih menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: evaluasi, Program sekolah, mutu pendidikan
