Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kesenjangan sosial dan ekonomi di Desa Nglebak, Kecamatan Kradenan, Kabupaten Blora, salah satu daerah terpencil di Jawa Tengah. Keterbatasan akses terhadap infrastruktur, pendidikan, kesehatan dan ekonomi menjadi faktor utama ketimpangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan enam informan, yaitu perangkat desa, guru, tenaga kesehatan, tokoh masyarakat, pemuda dan warga miskin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterbatasan fasilitas pendidikan, seperti SD Negeri Nglebak 3 yang belum memenuhi standar dan UKS yang digabung dengan ruang guru. Dalam bidang kesehatan minimnya tenaga medis dan tidak tersedianya fasilitas persalinan membuat warga dirujuk ke rumah sakit di Kabupaten Ngawi. Secara ekonomi, masyarakat bergantung pada pertanian musiman berpenghasilan rendah dan bergantung pada bantuan sosial, sehingga membuktikan bahwa kesenjangan di Desa Nglebak cukup tinggi. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine social and economic disparities in Nglebak Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency, a remote area in Central Java. Limited access to infrastructure, education, health care, and the economy are key factors contributing to inequality. This study employed qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation with six informants: village officials, teachers, health workers, community leaders, youth, and poor residents. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate limited educational facilities, such as Nglebak 3 Public Elementary School, which does not meet standards, and a school health unit combined with a teachers' room. In the health sector, the lack of medical personnel and the unavailability of maternity facilities lead residents to be referred to hospitals in Ngawi Regency. Economically, the community relies on low-income seasonal agriculture and relies on social assistance, demonstrating significant inequality in Nglebak Village.
