<![CDATA[Abstrak: Website Luarsekolah merupakan platform edukasi digital yang menyediakan berbagai program pembelajaran, salah satunya program Project-Based Internship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada program tersebut dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dua metode digunakan dalam proses evaluasi, yaitu User-Centered Design (UCD) untuk menilai aspek UI dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur aspek UX. Instrumen kuesioner dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator dari kedua metode dan telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya melalui uji coba kepada 30 responden sebelum penyebaran utama. Kuesioner kemudian dijawab oleh 95 responden yang merupakan peserta program Project-Based Internship batch 4. Hasil evaluasi UCD menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator memperoleh skor dominan pada skala 4 dan 5, dengan rata-rata 4,05 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”. Sementara itu, evaluasi menggunakan SUS menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 76,3, yang diklasifikasikan dalam kategori “Good” dan “Acceptable” dengan grade B. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tampilan halaman program telah dirancang secara efektif berdasarkan prinsip UCD, dan telah memenuhi aspek usability dari segi efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kepuasan pengguna. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan kombinasi metode UCD dan SUS secara simultan untuk mengevaluasi UI dan UX pada program Project-Based Internship di platform pembelajaran digital Luarsekolah dengan melibatkan pengguna aktual, sehingga menghasilkan penilaian usability yang lebih komprehensif dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode UCD dan SUS dapat digunakan secara bersama untuk menilai kualitas antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna pada platform pembelajaran digital.Kata kunci: User Interface, User Experience, Luarsekolah, User-Centered Design, System Usability Scale.Abstract: Luarsekolah Website is a digital education platform that provides various learning programs, one of which is the Project-Based Internship program. This study aims to analyze the quality of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the program using a quantitative approach. Two methods were employed in the evaluation process: User-Centered Design (UCD) to assess UI aspects and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure UX aspects. The questionnaire instrument was developed based on indicators from both methods and was tested for validity and reliability through a pilot study involving 30 respondents prior to the main distribution. The questionnaire was then completed by 95 respondents who were participants of the Project-Based Internship program batch 4. The UCD evaluation results indicate that all indicators predominantly achieved scores of 4 and 5, with an average score of 4.05, which falls into the “Good” category. Meanwhile, the SUS evaluation yielded an average score of 76.3, which is classified as “Good” and “Acceptable” with a grade of B. These findings demonstrate that the program interface has been effectively designed based on UCD principles and meets usability aspects in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous application of UCD and SUS methods to evaluate UI and UX in a Project-Based Internship program within a digital learning platform by involving actual program users, thereby providing a more comprehensive and contextual usability assessment.
