Abstract

Elderly is a process of organ function decline and physical function decline and prone to complications.The development of the elderly globally, data from the association of countries in 2022 stated that there were 727 million elderly people aged 65 years. By 2050 The number of elderly people will double to 1.5 billion people. Hypertension is the most common health problem in the elderly.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical activity in efforts to reduce the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. The database search method used Google Scholar which was limited from january 2020 to january 2025 for 5 years by reviewing  10  journals. The results found in this literature review showed  that physical activity has been proven effective in lowering blood pressure in the elderly.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of the services we provide and patient satisfaction is an asset to get more patients or loyal patients. Patient satisfaction occurs when you can fulfill the patient's needs, desires, expectations. The quality of nursing services itself is seen from patient satisfaction with the services provided, satisfied or dissatisfied. Service quality is a concept of measuring service quality which consists of five dimensions, namely reliability (rehability), responsiveness (responsiveness), confidence or assurance (assurance), attention (empathy), and physical or tangible appearance (tangibles).The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nursing services to the level of patient satisfaction. The database search method uses Google Scholar which is limited from January 2019 to 2024 for 5 years by reviewing 10 journals. The results found in this literature review found that there are still many relationships between service quality and patient satisfaction levels.

Abstract

Hospitalization of children is a process for planned or emergency reasons that requires the child to stay in hospital to undergo therapy and treatment until being returned home. WHO in 2020 explained that as many as 4% -12% of pediatric patients treated in the United States experienced stress during hospitalization (hospitalization). The morbidity rate in Indonesia alone reaches >45%. This study aims to determine the effect of puzzle play therapy on the level of anxiety in hospitalization of pre-school aged children. This research method is a database search method using Google Scholar which is limited from January 2019 to 2024 for 5 years by reviewing 10 journals. The results found in this literature review still show high levels of anxiety in preschool-aged children.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) poses a significant risk of serious complications, such as diabetic foot ulcers. Preventing foot ulcers is crucial to reducing the risk of infection and amputation, with key factors including patient knowledge, foot care practices, and family support.   Objetive: This study aims to examine the prevention of diabetic foot ulcers in DM patients, including patient experiences, the relationship between knowledge and foot care, and the role of family support.. Methods: A database search was conducted using Google Scholar, limited to studies published between January 2019 and December 2024, reviewing ten journals. Results: The prevention of foot ulcers in DM patients and foot care was analyzed. There is a significant relationship between patient knowledge and adherence to therapy and foot care. A significant correlation was found between patient knowledge and foot care behaviors. The main risk factors for diabetic foot ulcers include advanced age, duration of diabetes, and lack of foot care. Family support plays a crucial role in preventing diabetic foot ulcers.
