<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 Tentang Penertiban Hewan Ternak Perspektf Fiqih Siyasah Dusturiyah di Desa Lamanu. Bahan diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi dan keputakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 tentang Penertiban Hewan Ternak masih belum terlaksana secara maksimal yang disebabkan oleh oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya : faktor ketidaktahuan warga tentang adanya Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 tentang Penertiban Hewan Ternak, karena tidak adanya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah baik pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah kecamatan.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Peraturan Daerah, Pemerintah, dan MasyarakatThis study aims to determine the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning the Control of Livestock in the Perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah in Lamanu Village. Materials were obtained from interviews, documentation and library. The method used in this research is the method of data reduction, data collection and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Curbing Livestock is still not maximally implemented due to several factors including: the factor of ignorance of residents about the existence of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Curbing Livestock, because there is no socialization conducted by the government, both the central government and the sub-district government.Keywords: Implementation, Local Regulations, Government, and Society]]>
