Abstract

Village Head's leadership in promoting community participation by Direct Approach The direct approach undertaken by the village head by reviewing directly in the field intended to ascertain whether local residents really do activities together. In addition, it is also to see if an error occurs in the activities and provide guidance in the event of an error in the implementation of activities. On the Indirect Approach village chief in this case is the approach that is carried out indirectly through the reports of citizens to hold monitoring to see and assess the extent of community activities if there is a shortage would be used as learning materials in order to be better in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine how the village head's leadership in improving public participation, where this research is qualitative research and data sources obtained from informants, documents and research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. In the leadership of the village head directly observed activities of mutual cooperation undertaken by the villagers and then provide guidance to the public in accordance with any activity undertaken, in addition to reviewing directly village chief also asked the residents or the village secretary to report any activity undertaken community Pegat grain in the village when the village head was unable to attend the event.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the elasticity of demand for laundry service in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency whether it is elastic or inelastic, so it is useful for interested parties to take policy in the future. Based on the research result, it can be seen that the elasticity of laundry service demand in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency is elastic (É›> 1). This is shown from the average elasticity value is 3,337 means that the hypothesis expressed by the authors accepted. The calculation result from simple linear regression equation is known Y = - 47,1+11,950 X with elasticity value in year 2016 is equal to 13,349 (É›> 1) with total of Laundry Service production value is Rp. 738,062,500.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan luas lahan terhadap pendapatan petani padi di Kampung Buyung-Buyung Kecamatan Tabalar. Selanjutnya penelitian ini diharapkan berguna sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Berau guna menentukan strategi dan program dalam pengembangan tanaman pangan padi di Kabupaten Berau. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hipotesis yang telah penulis ajukan bahwa faktor Luas Lahan dan Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Petani di Kampung Buyung-Buyung Kecamatan Tabalar diterima, karena berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F dimana Fhitung adalah sebesar 175 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 4,74. Perlu adanya pembinaan secara terpadu kepada para petani agar dapat meningkatkan hasil produksinya melalui peningkatan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan dalam mengusahakan usaha pertanian. Hal ini mengingat bahwa Kabupaten Berau mempunyai wilayah yang sangat luas sehingga harus mampu memenuhi sendiri kebutuhan pangannya agar surplus dan menjadi daaerah lumbung pangan nasional sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dan tidak tergantung lagi dengan daerah lainnya yang justru memiliki wilayah yang relatif lebih sempit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Capital Expenditures on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency, to determine the influence of Original Regional Income (PAD) on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency, to determine the influence of Capital Expenditures and Original Regional Income (PAD) on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is research that emphasizes analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods. The results of this research concluded that based on the results of the analysis and results of data processing calculations, the development of Berau Regency Regional Government Capital Expenditures does not always increase every year, it tends to fluctuate. The results of the test show that the Regional Original Income (PAD) variable has a positive and significant impact on Economic Growth both simultaneously, namely simultaneously and partially, namely individually. If the Regional Original Income (PAD) variable received is higher, the level of Economic Growth in Berau Regency will increase.
