Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi menuntut guru untuk adaptif dalam merancang media pembelajaran inovatif, mengingat mayoritas pendidik masih mengandalkan pendekatan tradisional dan belum optimal mengintegrasikan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif melalui workshop berbasis ASSURE, PORSI (Poster Investasi), dan Mentimeter. Dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung ini, melibatkan 15 guru dan 34 mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaannya. Workshop difokuskan pada penguatan keterampilan guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang interaktif, menarik, serta relevan dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan diskusi reflektif terhadap hasil praktik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas dan pemahaman peserta terhadap penerapan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis model ASSURE, dengan rata-rata peningkatan kapabilitas pemahaman sebesar 88% setelah pelatihan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mendorong guru agar lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital di dunia pendidikan.Abstract: Technological developments require teachers to be adaptive in designing innovative learning media, given that the majority of educators still rely on traditional approaches and have not optimally integrated technology. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' abilities in developing innovative learning media through workshops based on ASSURE, PORSI (Poster Investment), and Mentimeter. With this direct training and mentoring method, 15 teachers and 34 students were involved in its implementation. The workshop focused on strengthening teachers' skills in designing interactive, engaging, and relevant learning media for the characteristics of the students. Evaluation was conducted through observation and reflective discussion of participants' practice results. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' creativity and understanding of the application of learning technology based on the ASSURE model, with an average increase in understanding capability of 88% after training. This activity contributed to encouraging teachers to be more adaptive to digital developments in the world of education.
