Abstract

PT Gunung Bale yang melakukan penambangan batu piropilit yang memiliki Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) seluas 6,7 ha yang berlokasi di Desa Argotirto, Kecamatan Sumbermanjing Wetan, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan di site penambangan PT Gunung Bale. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah evaluasi dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Pengambilan data secara aktual diambil langsung dilokasi site penambangan PT Gunung Bale dengan mengamati proses operasional rock breaker yang sedang beroperasi. Untuk mencari data produktivitas pertama harus didapatkan data swell factor dan kapasitas chisel berdasarkan masing-masing rock breaker karena setiap rock breaker memiliki panjang chisel yang berbeda-beda dan cycle time rock breaker, maka didapatkan data produktivitas masing-masing rock breaker pada bulan september Produtivitas rock breaker D1 didapatkan sebesar 1.028,7 ton/bulan, D3 CAT320D2 sebesar  2.618,18 ton/bulan, Untuk rock breaker D4 CAT320D didapatkan produktivitas sebesar 2.701,19 ton/bulan, untuk SG02 PC210 produktivitas yang didapatkan sebesar 1.864,73 ton/bulan. dengan nilai waktu kerja efektif sebesar 113,47 jam/bulan dan waktu hambatan sebesar 5,53 jam/bulan. Perhitungan ketersediaan alat pada masing-masing rock breaker yaitu untuk D! CAT320D MA 76% PA 77% UA 95% EU 73%, D3 CAT320D2 MA 100% PA 100% UA 95% EU 95%, D4 CAT320D nilai ketersediaan alatnya sama dengan D3 CAT320D, dan untuk SG02 PC210 nilai ketersediaan alatnya didapatkan MA 94% PA 94% UA 95% EU 90%. Adapun faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi produktivitas yaitu MAN, Method, Machine, Material, Environment.     PT Gunung Bale, which mines pyropilit stone, has a Mining Business License (IUP) covering an area of 6.7 ha located in Argotirto Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency, East Java. The research was conducted at the mining site of PT Gunung Bale. The research method used in this study is evaluation using quantitative analysis. The actual data collection was taken directly at the location of the PT Gunung Bale mining site by observing the operational process of the rock breaker that was in operation. To find productivity data, first you must get swell factor data and chisel capacity based on each rock breaker because each rock breaker has a different chisel length and cycle time rock breaker, then the productivity data of each rock breaker in September is obtained The productivity of rock breaker D1 is obtained at 1,028.7 tons/month, D3 CAT320D2 is 2,618.18 tons/month, For the D4 rock breaker CAT320D a productivity of 2,701.19 tons/month, for SG02 PC210 the productivity obtained is 1,864.73 tons/month. with an effective working time value of 113.47 hours/month and an obstacle time of 5.53 hours/month. The calculation of the availability of tools on each rock breaker is for D!
