Abstrak - Layanan TimSport pada aplikasi Tangerang LIVE merupakan salah satu bentuk layanan publik digital yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dengan tujuan mempermudah pemesanan fasilitas olahraga secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan layanan TimSport dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang mencakup variabel Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, dan Actual System Use. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 100 pengguna layanan TimSport sebagai responden, yang jumlah sampelnya ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, melalui metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using (t = 5,557; p = 0,000) dan Perceived Usefulness (t = 27,248; p = 0,000). Selain itu, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use (t = 3,161; p = 0,002), sedangkan Behavioral Intention to Use terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual System Use (t = 7,567; p = 0,000). Sebaliknya, pengaruh Attitude Toward Using terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use (t = 1,858; p = 0,063) serta pengaruh Perceived Usefulness terhadap Attitude Toward Using (t = 1,959; p = 0,050) tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan.Kata kunci: Technology Acceptance Model; TimSport; Tangerang LIVE; Structural Equation Modeling; layanan digital; Absract - The TimSport service within the Tangerang LIVE application is a form of digital public service provided by the Government of Tangerang City with the aim of facilitating online reservations of sports facilities. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance and use of the TimSport service by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which includes the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual System Use. This research adopts a quantitative approach involving 100 TimSport users as respondents, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula through a survey method employing questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Attitude Toward Using (t = 5.557; p = 0.000) and Perceived Usefulness (t = 27.248; p = 0.000). In addition, Perceived Usefulness significantly influences Behavioral Intention to Use (t = 3.161; p = 0.002), while Behavioral Intention to Use is shown to have a significant effect on Actual System Use (t = 7.567; p = 0.000). Conversely, the effect of Attitude Toward Using on Behavioral Intention to Use (t = 1.858; p = 0.063) and the effect of Perceived Usefulness on Attitude Toward Using (t = 1.959; p = 0.050) are not statistically significant.Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model; TimSport; Tangerang LIVE; Structural Equation Modeling; digital services;
