AbstrakBUMDESMA Mentereng LKD di Kecamatan Cikoneng, Kabupaten Ciamis, merupakan lembaga yang berperan dalam penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Namun, pelayanan administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan pelayanan, antrean panjang, serta kesulitan dalam pencatatan dan pengarsipan data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan BUMDes (SIMPEL BUMDes) berbasis website. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 8 pengurus BUMDESMA, 6 mahasiswa pelaksana, dan 6 dosen pengusul melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pelatihan pengguna, serta sosialisasi dan serah terima aplikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya sistem yang mampu mendukung layanan administrasi secara digital, mulai dari pendaftaran anggota, pengajuan dokumen daring, sistem antrean, hingga pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Implementasi SIMPEL BUMDes terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan sekitar 90%, memperkuat transparansi, dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan administrasi BUMDESMA. AbstractBUMDESMA Mentereng LKD in Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency, plays an important role in strengthening the community’s economy. However, administrative services that are still carried out manually have caused various problems, such as delays in service, long queues, and difficulties in recording and archiving data. To address these issues, a web-based Village-Owned Enterprise Service Information System (SIMPEL BUMDes) was developed and implemented. This activity involved BUMDESMA administrators, student implementers, and the proposing lecturers through several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, user training, as well as socialization and system handover. The result of this activity is the establishment of a system that supports digital administrative services, including member registration, online document submission, queue management, and electronic archive management. The implementation of SIMPEL BUMDes has proven to increase service efficiency, strengthen transparency, and provide convenience for the community in accessing BUMDESMA administrative services.
