Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at SMPIT Assalaam Pekalongan. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 30 respondents who are employees of SMPIT Assalaam Pekalongan through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that partially, transformational leadership and employee engagement do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, the simultaneous test shows that transformational leadership, employee engagement, and job satisfaction collectively have a significant effect on employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination demonstrates that the research model is able to explain a substantial proportion of the variance in employee loyalty. These findings confirm that job satisfaction is the dominant factor in shaping employee loyalty, particularly within the context of educational organizations, while transformational leadership and employee engagement function as collective supporting factors. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to human resource management in educational institutions.
