Abstract

The main problem in ABC Furniture Industry is the lack of integration in supply chain management, causing delays in production and distribution. This study aims to design and implement a supply chain management (SCM) information system to support integrated management of raw materials, production processes, and reporting. The system was developed using the Waterfall method and tested with black-box testing to ensure functional and non-functional requirements were met. The results show that all main features, including raw material management, production recording, stock monitoring, and production and purchase reporting, functioned according to the planned scenarios. The system also operated stably, was user-friendly, accessible via browser, and user access rights worked according to roles. These findings indicate that the system meets operational needs and supports supply chain integration in ABC Furniture Industry.Keywords: Supply chain management; Information System; Furniture; Waterfall; AbstrakPermasalahan utama dalam industri furnitur ABC adalah kurangnya integrasi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok, yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan produksi dan distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi supply chain management (SCM) untuk mendukung pengelolaan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan penyusunan laporan secara terintegrasi. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan melalui metode black-box testing untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsionalitas dan kualitas non-fungsional. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama, termasuk pengelolaan data bahan baku, pencatatan produksi, pemantauan stok, dan laporan produksi serta pembelian, berfungsi sesuai skenario yang direncanakan. Sistem juga berjalan stabil, mudah digunakan, dapat diakses melalui browser, dan hak akses pengguna berjalan sesuai peran masing-masing. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan operasional dan mendukung integrasi rantai pasok di industri furnitur ABC.
