Pegadaian, as a non-bank financial institution, plays an important role in providing financing services through gold pawn products that are easy, fast, and secure. However, many people still lack a comprehensive understanding of gold pawn procedures, including administrative requirements, gold appraisal processes, and repayment or pawn extension mechanisms. This low level of financial literacy may lead to misunderstandings in utilizing Pegadaian’s services. This community service program aims to improve public understanding and financial literacy through direct assistance to customers at Pegadaian UPC Baureno and educational activities for the general public at the Village Hall using brochure media. The implementation method applies an educational and participatory approach, including transaction assistance, socialization activities, and brochure distribution. The results indicate improved public understanding of gold pawn procedures, smoother transaction processes, and increased public interest and trust in Pegadaian’s services. ABSTRAK Pegadaian sebagai lembaga keuangan bukan bank berperan penting dalam menyediakan pembiayaan melalui produk gadai emas yang mudah, cepat, dan aman. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami secara menyeluruh prosedur gadai emas, meliputi persyaratan administrasi, proses penaksiran, serta mekanisme pelunasan dan perpanjangan gadai. Rendahnya literasi keuangan ini berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahpahaman dalam pemanfaatan layanan Pegadaian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi keuangan masyarakat melalui pendampingan langsung kepada nasabah di Pegadaian UPC Baureno serta edukasi kepada masyarakat umum di Balai Desa menggunakan media brosur. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara edukatif dan partisipatif melalui pendampingan transaksi, sosialisasi, dan penyebaran brosur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat, kelancaran proses transaksi, serta meningkatnya minat dan kepercayaan terhadap layanan Pegadaian.
