<![CDATA[Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi informasi menuntut penguasaan keterampilan digital sebagai kompetensi dasar dunia kerja. Namun, observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa SMKN 1 BAROS masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penguasaan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Padahal, keterampilan ini sangat krusial sebagai bekal Praktek Kerja Lapangan maupun kebutuhan industri. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan intensif Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data dan numerik.Pelatihan dilakukan selama satu hari dengan metode interaktif, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan di laboratorium komputer, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap kesiapan siswa menghadapi tantangan kerja digital. Target luaran kegiatan meliputi: meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel, tersusunnya modul pelatihan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sekolah, serta terciptanya kolaborasi berkelanjutan antara tim pelaksana dan pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. However, initial observations indicate that most students at SMKN 1 BAROS still have limited proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This skill is crucial for practical work and industry needs. The solution offered through this community service activity is intensive Microsoft Excel training for data and numerical processing. The training is conducted over a day using interactive methods, hands-on practice, and case studies. The activity stages include preparation, implementation of the training in the computer laboratory, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests. This activity is expected to have a positive impact on students' readiness to face the challenges of digital work. Target outputs of the activity include: increased student understanding and skills in using Microsoft Excel, the development of training modules that can be utilized by schools, and the creation of ongoing collaboration between the implementation team and the school to improve student competency.
