Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study applies a data collection method through a questionnaire. The sample obtained and used was 24 respondents from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. The results of the study indicate that workload does not significantly affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police, work stress does not significantly affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police, and job satisfaction significantly affects the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. Meanwhile, the results of the study simultaneously indicate that workload, work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat dan keamanan terhadap minat nasabah pensiun dalam menggunakan Movin pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh nasabah PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar sebanyak 8.877 orang. Mengingat besarnya jumlah nasabah maka teknik pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat dan keamanan Papua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minatnasabah pensiun dalam menggunakan Movin pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability and company value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Design/methodology/approach – The The data analysis uses structural model testing, namely The Structure Equation Modelling (SEM), with descriptive and explanatory approaches. Finding/Results – the research results, capital structure and company growth have a positive effect on profitability, while on company value, capital structure has a positive but not significant effect, company growth has a positive and significant effect, and profitability has a positive and significant effect.The theoretical implications of this research reinforce the theory that firm value is determined not only by growth but also by the company's ability to generate profits. Originality/Value – Practical implications emphasize the importance of maintaining equity composition, as equity and profitability can be used as key indicators in assessing investment viability because they reflect a company's ability to create value. The implication of this research is that companies need to manage their capital structure optimally and ensure that the growth achieved can increase profitability, which ultimately maximizes the company's value.
