Abstract

Literature Review The Role of Employee Performance, Leadership and Workload on Job Satisfaction is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether employee performance, leadership and workload influence job satisfaction. A qualitative approach method using a literature review method to explore and analyze the relationship between leadership, workload and job satisfaction. The results of this article are: 1) Employee Performance plays a role in Job Satisfaction, 2) Leadership plays a role in Job Satisfaction; 3) Workload plays a role in Job Satisfaction. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables which influence the endogenous variable Job Satisfaction there are many other factors including motivation, environment, organizational culture, training.

Abstract

The Role of Teacher Competence, Independent Curriculum, and Management Information Systems on the Quality of Education. The aim is to analyze the role of teacher competence, independent curriculum, and management information systems on the quality of education. The method of writing this scientific article is by using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online media. The results of this study are: 1) Teacher Competence plays a role in the Quality of Education, 2) Independent Curriculum plays a role in the Quality of Education, 2) Management Information Systems plays a role in the Quality of Education. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variable of the Quality of Education, there are still many other factors including the environment, principal, organizational culture.

Literature Review The Role of Physical Activity and Discipline in Character Formation is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether physical activity and discipline play a role in character formation. A method that examines various research, articles and books that are relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this article are: 1) Physical activity plays a role in character formation, 2) Discipline plays a role in character formation. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables which influence the endogenous variable Job Satisfaction, there are many other factors, including health, achievement and physical condition.
