Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin dan etos kerja secara sendiri-parsial terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Perhubungan Propinsi Papua Barat,2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Perhubungan Propinsi Papua Barat, 3) Menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Perhubungan Propinsi Papua Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; 2) Secara parsial Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, 3) Secara parsial Etos Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, 4) Secara simultan Kepemimpian Disiplin Kerja kerja dan Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, 5) Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 87.4% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yaitu Kepemimpinan (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), Etos Kerja (X3) sedangkan sisanya 12,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. Kata-kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin, Etos Kerja dan Kinerja.AbstractThis study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of leadership, discipline and work ethic individually on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Transportation Service of West Papua Province, 2) The influence of leadership, discipline and work ethic simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Transportation. West Papua Province, 3) Analyzing the most dominant variables influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Transportation Service of West Papua Province.The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership partially affects performance; 2) Partially Work Discipline has no effect on performance, 3) Partially work ethic has an effect on performance, 4) Simultaneously Work Discipline Leadership and work ethic have a positive effect on performance, 5) The coefficient of determination shows that 87.4% of employee performance variables can explained by the independent variables, namely Leadership (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Ethic (X3) while the remaining 12.6% was explained by other variables outside the model.
