Abstract

The obstacles faced by PT Ontiket Amanah Digita as a new Umrah travel agency with many competitors and minimal involvement of the local community are the main drivers of this research. In order to develop a plan to increase the interest of Umrah pilgrims towards PT Ontiket Amanah Digita Travel Umrah and Hajj Plus Lima Puluh Kota Regency Branch, this research combines qualitative methods with a field approach. Meanwhile, data analysis uses SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS Matrices, quadrant diagrams, and score weight tables, while data collection uses o bservation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy to increase the interest of Umrah pilgrims is more focused on strengths and threats, with a score of 2.89, although strengths and opportunities are almost balanced at a score of 2.73. PT Ontiket Amanah Digita maximizes opportunities and minimizes threats. Strategies that must be carried out include utilizing facilities and infrastructure to face many competitors, collaborating with Islamic schools, and increasing brand ambassadors. The obstacles faced are the lack of public awareness, low quality of service, and limited staff skills, so a strategy is needed to improve the quality of service, marketing, and cooperation with travel agents in order to attract more Umrah pilgrims.
