Contemporary Islamic education faces the challenge of addressing the demands ofthe 21st century, which require a balance between spiritual competence andprofessional skills. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with data analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model The findings indicate thatMTVAB implements an integrated curriculum that emphasizes spiritual formationthrough Qur’anic memorization, daily worship, and moral strengthening., alongsidevocational skills development through hands-on training in culinary arts, automotive, tailoring, and craft animation. The synergy of these elements produces graduatesknown as huffaz professionals individuals who are fluent in Qur’anic memorizationwhile being technically competent and guided by Islamic work ethics. Supportingfactors include government support, competent teachers, and adequate facilities, while the main challenges involve financial constraints, limited human resources, and societal stigma. In conclusion, MTVAB demonstrates the successfulimplementation of a holistic educational model that harmonizes religiosity withpractical skills, serving as a potential blueprint for the future development of globallycompetitive Islamic education.
