Abstract

Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools has been the focus of attention in various previous studies, research that specifically addresses the real challenges in grade III of SDN Bringin 01 Semarang City in implementing Pancasila values is still limited. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Education learning, identify obstacles experienced by teachers, and analyze the school's efforts to overcome limited infrastructure. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, involving two participants: a grade III teacher and a principal selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations of the classroom and school environment, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results show that Pancasila learning is implemented through lesson plan planning, the use of digital media to help understand abstract values, and evaluation through questions and answers and written tests. Obstacles arise from low student interest in learning, differences in the ability to understand moral values, lack of activeness, and limited facilities such as classrooms, health center rooms, and computer laboratories. The conclusion of this study is that teachers' adaptability in managing learning and school support play an important role in increasing learning effectiveness. This study recommends improving digital facilities, providing ongoing teacher training, and strengthening school quality programs. Implications include theoretical contributions to the literature on values education and practical recommendations for policymakers and schools. Furthermore, this research opens up opportunities for further studies involving student perspectives and the development of innovative media for Pancasila learning.
