Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Regional Office, totaling 46 people and all of them were sampled, because the numbers were relatively small. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneous motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at a medical equipment company in East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to respondents. This research was tested with validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study partially giving awards a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, and giving awards and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta.

Abstract

Increasing competency in supporting the success of employees achieving the target of work provided is an important factor and is supported by the suitability of existing job requirements. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of competence and placement on the performance of employees at PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk involving 74 employees. The results of the study show that there are positive effects both simultaneously and partially on competence and placement on the performance of employees at PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk.

Abstract

Quality management is a phenomenon. Advanced culture that supports arts and crafts allow shoppers choose goods with higher quality standards compared to the normal stuff. In a society that appreciates the arts and crafts, one of the tasks of the management company or owner of the company is the head of the workshop, as well as train and supervise employees and interns. The company set the standard, assessing the work of the employees and ordered rework or repair is necessary. Jobs in crafts has a limitation that is only capable of producing little other dipihak products, but has the advantage that is every product can be made independently in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Craft work approach towards quality score is the primary input when the initial establishment of quality management as a part of management science.

Abstract

Loyalty is the willingness of consumer to continue to subscribe at a company in the long run by buying and using goods and services, is repeate dlyreworked and better yet exclusively and voluntarily recommend the company product to others. This study devoted tol analysis influence of price empiricly variable, brand image, product quality to loyality and to known variable that gae. Most dominant influence, which is price,brand image and produk quality to loyalty in jakarta smartphone mobile in jakarta. Collected data method used questioner. Population was student Magister Manajemen UNKRIS. Want to used Samsung smartphone. Sample was 30 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Analysis result with statistic SPSS with double regression linier, Y = 2,453 + 0,250X1 + 0,205X2 + 0,397X3 double regression linier show there are positive influence and significant from price variable, brand image and product quality to loyalty customer smartphone.
