Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam dalam pelayanan Hotel Latansa Nuansa Syariah Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap manajemen, karyawan, serta tamu hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hotel telah menerapkan beberapa nilai etika bisnis Islam, seperti keadilan dalam pelayanan, tanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas kebersihan dan kenyamanan tamu, serta penerapan prinsip ihsan melalui keramahan dan sikap profesional karyawan. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai prinsip syariah, seperti belum terpisahnya area wudhu laki-laki dan perempuan, serta belum tersedianya kantin halal di dalam lingkungan hotel. Faktor kendala lainnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman sebagian karyawan baru mengenai prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Meskipun demikian, pihak hotel melakukan pelatihan rutin untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terhadap nilai-nilai syariah. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan etika bisnis Islam di hotel ini sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan terutama pada aspek fasilitas dan sertifikasi halal. Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Pelayanan Hotel Syariah, Nilai-Nilai Syariah.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics values in the services of Hotel Latansa Nuansa Syariah in Bengkulu City. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation with hotel management, employees, and guests. The findings indicate that the hotel has implemented several Islamic business ethics values, such as fairness in service, responsibility in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort, and the principle of ihsan through the hospitality and professionalism of its staff. However, several aspects have not fully met sharia principles, such as the non-separated ablution areas for men and women and the absence of an internal halal-certified canteen. Another challenge is the limited understanding of sharia-based ethics among newly employed staff. Nevertheless, the hotel regularly conducts training sessions to enhance employee competence regarding Islamic ethical values. Overall, the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the hotel is considered good, although improvements are still needed, particularly in the area of facilities and halal certification.
