Abstract

PT. Victory International Futures collaborates with intern students from UPN "Veteran" East Java, carrying out community service activities to increase students' awareness and ability in investing in futures trading and implementing effective money management. The activity consists of four comprehensive material presentation sessions, covering the basics of investment, investment motives, types of investment including futures trading investments, choosing a safe broker, as well as financial management strategies in trading. With an interactive approach to delivering material and face-to-face discussions, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the complexity of investment and their ability to manage financial risks more effectively. Evaluation results showed that participants were able to relate the knowledge gained to their personal financial goals, preparing them to take an active role in the global financial markets of the future. This activity is expected to make a significant contribution in preparing the next generation to be better prepared and skilled in facing global economic challenges.

Abstract

CV. Yummys Motherlacto Indonesia is a company that produces and distributes nutritious products, maternal and infant care. In improving financial transparency and accountability, this company implements accounting software. This internship activity was carried out by assessing the effectiveness of software use. The assessment was carried out using the interview method with related parties. The results of the interview analysis showed that the software improved financial transparency and accountability by facilitating transaction recording, financial reporting, and access to information for stakeholders. The obstacles faced in the implementation were the lack of staff understanding of the software, suboptimal use of features, and limited human resources in the IT field. The proposed solution is to conduct ongoing training for staff and improve human resources for IT experts. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of this software is effective in improving the company's financial governance, although improvements are needed in several aspects.

Abstract

Women's empowerment is the main focus in development in Indonesia because of its important role in the economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the national economy, but often face various obstacles, such as limited capital, low management knowledge and limited marketing networks. BTPN Syariah, through the Bestee program, is committed to increasing the capacity of its customers by involving students as facilitators and mentors who provide direction and guidance. The aim of this activity is to analyze the role of facilitators in assisting the business development of BTPN Syariah customers in Wonorejo, Pasuruan. The method used in this activity is qualitative with direct observation and observation. Assistance includes customer introduction and assessment, identification of obstacles through SWOT analysis, presentation of material, direct practice, as well as closure and review of activities. The results of the interviews showed an increase in customer knowledge and skills in business management, marketing and technology. Customers successfully implemented branding elements that improved the image and professionalism of their business. This mentoring program has proven effective in empowering customers and providing a positive impact on the development of their businesses.
