Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the 1-10-100 program of the Lamongan Regency Government in the effort to overcome stunting in the Lamongan Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method by analyzing the implementation theory of George C. Edward III with four variables namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Data were collected through interviews and focus group discussions. Data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that the implementation of the 1-10-100 program of the Lamongan Regency Government is running well. The stunting rate in Lamongan Regency has decreased but has not been maximized.
