Abstract

Abstract: Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the service of the Keling Kumang Digital (KKD) application for members of the CU Keling Kumang Central Office Branch. The rapid growth of digital users, reaching 1,004 members by 2025, necessitates an evaluation of service quality. The research focuses on three main aspects: application features, ease of access, and member satisfaction. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Preliminary findings indicate that while the application provides comprehensive features such as balance checks, transfers, and bill payments, technical issues like network dependency and the absence of QRIS features remain challenges. This study provides recommendations for the IT department to improve system reliability and feature updates to enhance user satisfaction.
