Abstract

UD. Aira Fiberglass is a company engaged in the manufacture of fiberglass-based boats and boats, a company located in Kaloli Village, Central Maluku. In 2019 out of 100 ships only 50 were completed, in 2020 out of 100 ships only 85 were completed and in 2021 out of 100 ships only 80 were completed due to frequent work accidents due to the lack of awareness of workers about the importance of using PPE when working. This study aims to assess how much influence occupational health and safety has on employee performance at UD. Aira Fiberglass Central Maluku. This type of research data is processed from the results of distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Aira Fiberglass as many as 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, to explain the description of research related to the hypothesis by using the analysis: validity test, t test (partial). Based on the results of data analysis for the significant test, the t test shows that the occupational health (X1) and occupational safety (X2) variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Aira Fiberglass.From the results of this study, it can be seen that occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with multiple linear regression test results having a significant value of 0.000 below the 0.05 significant level, the significant level test results show significant level results for all variables below 0.05

Abstract

Ministry of law and human rights In the the territory of Maluku was one of many agiencies whose employment performance was influenced by education and training. This makes education and training invaluable to employees in order to perform a job well so that purpose of the offices could be reached. So the study aims to see how much educations and training affect office works performance.This study is an empirical study, with the population being all employees of law and human right in the the ministry of Maluku. The sampling technique used an approach using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 57 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses t-statistical test to test the partial regression coefficient with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%.A study of 57 respondents concluded that competence as a positive influence to the performance of employees of Ministry Of Law And Human Right In The Province of Maluku. It is proven by the coefficient determin obtained from this study of 0,761 it show that 76,1% employees performance in the affected by education and training while 23,9% is affected by other variables. Based on these results it is concluded that Competence Affect The Performance Of Employees Of Region’s Of Law And Human Rights The Ministry Of Maluku.

Abstract

The Ambon Class I Harbormaster and Port Authority Office is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) which has the task of carrying out supervision in the field of shipping safety and security, coordinating government activities at ports as well as regulation, control and commercial supervision. One that affects performance is creating good work discipline. However, there are still some problems in employee discipline. So this study aims to influence discipline on the performance of KSOP Class I Ambon office employees. This research is an empirical study, with the population being all employees of the class I Ambon port authority and Kesyahbandaran. The sampling technique uses an approach using the slovin formula and the sample size is 47 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses a t-test statistic to test the partial regression coefficients with a degree of significance used is 0.05 or 5%. The results of testing the responses of 47 respondents gave the conclusion of the study, namely, Discipline has a positive effect on the performance of class I Ambon port authority and Kesyahbandaran office employees. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination obtained in this study of 0.825, meaning that the independent variable (Discipline) explains the dependent variable (employee performance) of 82.5% while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other variables. Based on these results it can be concluded that Work Discipline Has a Positive Influence on the Performance of Class I Ambon Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Employees. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Immigration Class I Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Ambon. This research was conducted because based on the results of the initial survey there were several work facilities that had to be replaced or repaired. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The independent variable of this study is work facilities (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population in this study were employees of the Immigration office, the sample in this study were 51 people. Based on the research results using simple linear analysis, work facilities have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.154> 0.05. This is reinforced by the determination test of R square 0.041, which means that 4.1% of employee performance is explained by work facilities while the remaining 95.9% is explained by other variables not in this study. Abstract

PT. Maluku Graha Motor is a company that engaged in automotive industry, in the form of sales and service of Honda motorbikes which are well known in Eastern Indonesia. Price and product quality strategies are ones of the factor that are expected to increase consumer purchase decision of Honda CBR 150 R motorcycle at PT. Maluku Graha Motor. The pricing strategy use the standard mark-up pricing while product quality strategy that used is motorbike appearance gets more sporty, the headlights are equipped with LED technology, the speedometer is digital, the braking quality is fairly good, the transmission and clutch are smooth, full features , good motor handling, good material quality compared to previous versions, good paint and striping quality, also fitting suspension settings. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchase decision for Honda CBR 150 R motorcycle at PT. Maluku Graha Motor.This type of research is qualitative and quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results with assistant of SPSS 20 software, the regression equation Y = -3.587 + 0.086X1 + 0.678X2 was obtained. In proving the hypothesis through the results of the T test for the price variable, the T value < T table (0.523 < 2.008) and the T test for the product quality variable obtained T count > T table (4.709 > 2.008), so it can be concluded that there is no effect of price partially while there is an effect of product quality on purchase decision of Honda CBR 150 R. From the calculation results also obtained the value of r table> r count and Cronbach Alpha > 0.6Based on these results it can be concluded that price has no positive effect while product quality has positive effect on purchase decision, and submitted suggestion for PT. Maluku Graha Motor is company should be further improve purchase decision by attract customer’s interest to purchase Honda CBR 150 R motorcycle through pricing. Abstract

The manufacturing sector, as the backbone of the national economy, faces significant challenges in maintaining sustainable employee productivity, especially considering its contribution to Indonesia's GDP reached 19.9% in 2023 with 13.2 million workers absorbed. The identified gap phenomenon shows that inadequate compensation systems contribute to a 23% decrease in productivity and a 15.2% annual turnover rate in Indonesian manufacturing companies. This research aims to analyze and examine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in manufacturing companies, both partially and simultaneously, as well as measure the contribution of both variables in explaining employee performance variance. The study employed a quantitative approach with explanatory research design through cross-sectional method on 35 respondents of production department employees in West Java manufacturing companies using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of structured questionnaires with validated 5-point Likert scale, with data analysis using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β=0.189; sig.=0.005<0.05), work motivation has a more dominant effect on performance (β=0.264; sig.=0.001<0.05), and both variables simultaneously have significant effects (F=18.247; sig.=0.000<0.05). The coefficient of determination shows a contribution of 53.3% to employee performance variation. This research concludes that although compensation remains an important factor, work motivation has a more substantial impact on manufacturing employee performance, therefore management needs to prioritize the development of intrinsic motivator factors such as achievement recognition, responsibility enhancement, and sustainable career development programs.
