The skill of writing descriptive paragraphs is a basic competency that is often difficult for third-grade elementary school students to master due to limited thinking power and the lack of use of innovative learning media, as identified at SDN 2 Pinolosian through the low initial ability of students which only reached 18%. The focus of the problem includes obstacles in vocabulary selection, inaccurate punctuation, and weak coherence between sentences triggered by conventional lecture methods. This Classroom Action Research was carried out through two systematic cycles including planning, action, observation, and reflection stages by applying interactive PowerPoint media as the main learning instrument. The quantitative research findings showed a very significant increase in ability at each stage: in the first meeting of cycle I, student achievement increased to 36%, jumped to 63% in the second meeting, and finally reached the target of 81% in cycle II. The integration of visual and animation elements in this digital media proved effective in overcoming boredom and guiding students to express ideas logically and systematically. The main conclusion confirms that the use of interactive PowerPoint can substantially improve elementary school students' descriptive paragraph writing skills. Through this approach, internal and external barriers in Indonesian language learning can be mitigated, thereby creating a learning ecosystem that is more productive, creative, and oriented towards optimal academic results for students in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Keterampilan menulis paragraf deskripsi merupakan kompetensi dasar yang sering kali sulit dikuasai siswa kelas III SD karena keterbatasan daya pikir serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, sebagaimana teridentifikasi di SDN 2 Pinolosian melalui rendahnya kemampuan awal siswa yang hanya mencapai 18%. Fokus permasalahan mencakup kendala dalam pemilihan kosakata, ketidaktepatan tanda baca, serta lemahnya koherensi antar-kalimat yang dipicu oleh metode ceramah konvensional. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus sistematis meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi dengan menerapkan media PowerPoint interaktif sebagai instrumen utama pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian secara kuantitatif menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan yang sangat signifikan di setiap tahapan: pada siklus I pertemuan pertama capaian siswa meningkat menjadi 36%, melonjak ke angka 63% pada pertemuan kedua, dan akhirnya mencapai target ketuntasan sebesar 81% pada siklus II. Integrasi elemen visual dan animasi dalam media digital ini terbukti efektif mengatasi kejenuhan serta memandu siswa menuangkan ide secara logis dan sistematis. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa penggunaan PowerPoint interaktif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi siswa sekolah dasar secara substansial. Melalui pendekatan ini, hambatan internal dan eksternal dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat dimitigasi, sehingga menciptakan ekosistem belajar yang lebih produktif, kreatif, dan berorientasi pada hasil akademik yang optimal bagi peserta didik secara berkelanjutan.
