Abstract: This study aims to describe the challenges faced by schools in implementing inclusive education policies at SDN 2 Denggen. This research focuses on the obstacles in providing educational services for students with special needs. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Denggen using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were collected from key informants including the principal, teachers, and parents of students with special needs. Secondary data included school documents, inclusive education regulations and policies, and literature reviews from previous research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments consisted of interview guides, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of inclusive education at SDN 2 Denggen faces interrelated challenges. Limited understanding, lack of school preparedness, inadequate infrastructure, and misperceptions from various parties are major obstacles, resulting in suboptimal management of students with special needs. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of inclusive education still needs to be strengthened through increased teacher capacity, provision of supporting facilities, and support from policymakers. This study recommends that schools and local governments provide more serious support for the implementation of inclusive education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di SDN 2 Denggen. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan layanan pendidikan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Denggen dengan sumber data primer dan skunder. Data primer dikumpulkan dari narasumber kunci meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa berkebutuhan khusus, sedangkan data skunder meliputi dokumen sekolah, peraturan dan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif, dan studi literatur dari penelitian sebelumnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrument penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif di SDN 2 Denggen menghadapi tantangan yang saling terkait. Keterbatasan pemahaman, kurangnya kesiapan sekolah, minimnya sarana prasarana, dan persepsi keliru dari berbagai pihak menjadi penghambat utama, sehingga penanganan siswa berkebutuhan khusus belum berjalan optimal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif masih perlu diperkuat melalui peningkatan kapasitas guru, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, dan dukungan pemangku kebijakan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar sekolah dan pemerintah daerah memberikan dukungan lebih serius terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif.
