Abstract

The increasing use of web-based applications drives the need for structured software quality evaluation to support operational efficiency and user satisfaction. The Shafira Holiday application as a bus booking system still faces several limitations, including manual payment processing, the lack of an automatic invoice feature, and data protection that needs to be improved. This study aims to analyze the quality of the application comprehensively by applying the ISO/IEC 25010 standard model. The research method uses a mixed approach through questionnaires to 30 employees, accompanied by interviews and observations. The results of the analysis show that the Functional suitability, Reliability, and Security aspects do not meet standards, while Usability, Compatibility, Performance efficiency, Maintainability, and Portability received fairly good scores. Based on these findings, recommendations for priority improvements are formulated that focus on digital payment integration, invoice automation, and improving data security. The study's conclusions confirm that the ISO/IEC 25010 method is effective in identifying quality gaps and providing a basis for targeted improvements.Kata kunci: Software Quality Evaluation; ISO/IEC 25010; Mixed Methods; Web-Based ApplicationsAbstrakPeningkatan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis web mendorong kebutuhan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak yang terstruktur guna mendukung efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pengguna. Aplikasi Shafira Holiday sebagai sistem pemesanan bus masih menghadapi sejumlah keterbatasan, diantaranya proses pembayaran manual, belum adanya fitur invoice otomatis, serta perlindungan data yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitihan ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas aplikasi tersebut secara menyeluruh dengan menerapkan model standar ISO/IEC 25010. Metode penelitihan menggunkan pendekatan campuran melalui kuesioner terhadap 30 keryawan, disertai wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aspek Functional suitability, Reliability, dan Security belum memenuhi standar, sedangkan Usability, Compatibility, Performance efficiency, Maintanbility, dan Portability memperoleh nilai cukup baik. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan prioritas yang terfokus pada integrasi pembayaran digital, otomasi invoice, serta peningkatan keamanan data. Simpulan penelitihan mengonfirmasi bahwa metode ISO/IEC 25010 efektif dalam mengidentifikasi celah kualitas dna memberikan dasar perbaikan yang terarah.
