Abstract

The majors will be adjusted to the student's academic abilities and interests. The purpose of this major is so that students can be directed in receiving lessons that are in accordance with the abilities and talents possessed by students. This department is held to select and collect the same ability of students to take the same educational program as well. In the Decision Support System, the selection of majors is based on students' interests in SMK Negeri 5 Palu. The criteria to be used are: the value of Indonesian Language, English, Science and Mathematics subjects.  The purpose of this research is to make it easier for SMK Negeri 5 Palu to determine students who are accepted into each department based on the results of recommendations from the decision support system. The method used is Weighted product. The research conducted in this case is Qualitative research. The types of data used in this study are divided into 2 (two), namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and literature. The development of the system uses prototypes. The programming language used is PHP, the database uses MySQL and the editor uses sublime text. The results of the study are a decision support system that applies calculations with the Weighted Product method can produce recommendations for choosing majors to prospective new students of SMK Negeri 5 Palu so that schools can use predetermined criteria to determine who is entitled to enter the chosen major. The processing of questionnaire data obtained a percentage of 24.20% from respondents, the low percentage obtained was due to the lack of information known to new students about the existence of a Supporting Information System for Major Election Decisions at SMK Negeri 5 Palu.

Abstract

Substance abuse remains widespread in Indonesia. According to medical doctors and experts, this condition is caused by a lack of public outreach and awareness regarding the dangers of drug abuse, as well as limited knowledge about addictive substances, including their side effects and harmful impacts. With advances in technology that support various aspects of modern human life, new opportunities arise to develop systems in the form of programs or applications that can assist individuals in independently identifying and diagnosing the symptoms and types of addictive substances used by abusers. An expert system application is an information system that can help the public find solutions to problems without having to consult directly with specialist experts. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based expert system application that can assist the public in diagnosing substance abuse. This study employs the forward chaining inference method, which is used when facts are not associated with elements of uncertainty in decision making. An expert system that applies the forward chaining method can be implemented in a website-based application.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pembayaran air berbasis website adalah salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang berupa layanan perangkat lunak sebagai layanan pembayaran berbasis website yang efektif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data dengan mudah. Penelitian ini untuk menggetahui pembuatan dan perancangan sistem informasi pembayaran Air SPAM Huntap Pombewe kab. Sigi berbasis website serta fokus untuk melihat berapa tagihan air perbulannya dan membantu petugas dalam melihat siapa saja yang belum melakukan pembayaran dan cara penggunaan sistem pembayaran air. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan waterfall, karena tahapan dalam pengembangan sistemnya dilakukan secara berurutan serta metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mempermudah petugas dan membantu masyarakat melihat tagihan air perbulannya.
