Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh pengaruh disiplin belajar dan kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di Sma Negeri 2 Melonguane. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 15 siswa. Uji instrument yang digunakan yakni uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Semua instrument dari 3 variabel dinyatakan valid dan memiliki tingkat reliabel kuat. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu; Hipotesis 1 dan 2 digunakan uji korelasi sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi sedangkan Hipotesis 3 digunakan uji korelasi berganda, uji simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar, hipoetsis 2 diterima yang menyaatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pengaruh Kreativitas Mengajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar, hipoetsis 3 diterima yang menyaatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar dan Kreativitas Mengajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di Sma Negeri 2 Melonguane. Kata kunci : Disiplin Belajar, Kreatifitas Mengajar, Hasil belajar Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of learning discipline and teacher teaching creativity on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Meloguane. This study is a quantitative study with a population of 15 students. The instrument tests used were validity and reliability tests. All instruments from 3 variables were declared valid and had a strong level of reliability. The hypothesis tests used were; Hypothesis 1 and 2 used simple correlation tests, t tests and coefficients of determination while Hypothesis 3 used multiple correlation tests, simultaneous tests (F tests) and coefficients of determination. The results of this study obtained that there was an Influence of Learning Discipline on Learning Outcomes, hypothesis 2 was accepted which stated that there was an Influence of Teaching Creativity on Learning Outcomes, hypothesis 3 was accepted which stated that there was an Influence of Learning Discipline and Teaching Creativity on Student Learning Outcomes in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Meloguane.
