Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Bitung, khususnya pada jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis statistik. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 77 tersebar di tiga kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, serta penyediaan fasilitas belajar yang memadai, dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pihak sekolah untuk terus mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru dan meningkatkan fasilitas belajar guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan di SMK N 1 Bitung untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar; Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK N 1 Bitung, especially in the Office Management and Business Services department. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with data collection through questionnaires and statistical analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the samples used were 77 spread across three classes. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and learning facilities on student learning outcomes. Improving teacher competence through training and professional development, as well as providing adequate learning facilities, can contribute to improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is important for schools to continue to support the development of teacher competence and improve learning facilities in order to improve the quality of education. These findings are expected to provide input for the development of educational policies at SMK N 1 Bitung to improve the quality of education. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (pbl) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas xi otkp smk negeri 2 tondano. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan subjek yang akan menjadi fokus penelitian yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu yaitu siswa kelas Kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Tondano yang keseluruhannya berjumlah 35 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Uji t, Uji prasyarat dengan uji Normalitas dan Uji Homogenetis serta uji hipotesis. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Tondano atau (Hipotesis Ha Diterimah). Kata Kunci: Kreativitas Mengajar Guru, Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar Abstrack This study aims to determine how the influence of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model on the learning motivation of class XI OTKP students of SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. The research method used is a Quasi Experimental research type, the population in this study is all subjects who will be the focus of the study who have certain characteristics, namely class XI OTKP students of SMK Negeri 2 Tondano, a total of 35 students. The data analysis technique uses the t-test technique, prerequisite tests with Normality tests and Homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study can be concluded that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Tondano or (Hypothesis Ha Accepted).
