Abstract

The school payment system at the Mahabodhi Vidya School is still done manually both in term of transactions and data recap. Thus slowing down the payment process, recording and recap of payments. This causes the processes related to school payments have not run optimally. The overcome this problem, the authors propose to design and build applications that suport databases systems so that school payment processing is more effective and efficient. The application of financial administration information systems at the Mahabodhi Vidya School was designed using the waterfall development method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, writing program code, testing programs, and maintaining programs. This application is designed using UML model visualization and developed using the PHP dan MySql programming language as a database. The conclusion of this study is that the Financial Statement Informatin System at Mahabodhi Vidya School has been completed. This systems has a feature so that payments can be made by installments and payment data can be seen in detail. Keywords: system information, payment of SPP, database, waterfall

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang sangat cepat mengikuti kebutuhan zaman yang memerlukan kecepatan dan ketepatan di segala aspek kehidupan. Perkembangan mengikuti segi perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, maupun dari segi sumber daya manusia yang mengoperasikannya. Pada saat ini hampir semua bidang kehidupan memerlukan teknologi informasi dan perilaku manusia sudah terbiasa dengan mengaplikasikan teknologi informasi didalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk memudahkan akses masyarakat yang tertarik dalam dunia modelling, Hijaberaksi Community Tangerang selalu mengadakan event untuk melakukan perekrutan talent atau member. Namun langkah di nilai masih sangat konvensional. Sehingga para calon member yang berasal dari luar kota terkadang kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan melakukan proses pendaftaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan para member untuk melakukan registrasi atau pendaftaran secara online dan memudahkan komunitas hijaberkasi dalam mempromosikan kegiatan atau event yang diselenggarakan. Perancangan system informasi yang digunakan menggunakan model UML(Undified Modelling Language) dan aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrogrman PHP dan MySql sebagai database penyimpanan data. Abstract The development of information technology has developed very quickly following the needs of the times that require speed and accuracy in all aspects of life. Development follows in terms of hardware, software, and in terms of human resources that operate it. At this time almost all areas of life require information technology and human behavior is accustomed to applying information technology in everyday life. To facilitate access for people who are interested in modeling, Hijaberaksi Community Tangerang always holds events to recruit talent or members. But the step in value is still very conventional. So that prospective members who come from outside the city sometimes find it difficult to get information and carry out the registration process. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for members to register or register online and make it easier for the hijaberkasi community to promote activities or events held. The design of the information system used uses the UML (Undified Modelling Language) model and the application is built using the PHP and MySql programming languages ​​as data storage databases
