Abstract

There are many limitations in online learning process where communication effect student productivity, such as interpretation in the delivery of information can be different if it is in text form . The unstable internet network in some parts of Indonesia is also an obstacle in the learning process. Emotional factors are very influential on student motivation in learning, in online learning emotions can be read from textual dialogue in providing responses. We propose trainable model capable of identifying  the tendency of emotions / responses felt by students. With using natural language processing we can extract information and insights contained in conversations from WhatsApp, then organize them into their respective categories. The selection of the RNN algorithm can increase the accuracy by 75% in analyzing student emotions in online learning.

Abstract

A large amount of information about Covid-19 that spreads quickly can lead to a perception of opinion and sentiment for those who read it. This research studies how text networking is formed, sentiment analysis and topics modelling that is widely discussed related to the Covid-19 theme. The text networking analysis was carried out on data taken from 4 different times, namely on 26 March, 29 March, 28 June and 23 July 2020 giving the result that the largest edge, nodes and modularity were in the conversation data on July 23, 2020. Sentiment analysis shows how the public responds to the Covid-19 pandemic. Sentiment analysis from tweet data in March 2020 showed 51% as positive sentiment and 49% as negative sentiment, with an accuracy rate of 0.7586, specificity 0.6667, prevalence 0.5862. Then tweet data in June 2020 showed 59% as negative sentiment and 41% as positive sentiment, with an accuracy rate of 0.6486, specificity 0.6111, prevalence 0.5135. Analysis of topic modelling has succeeded in collecting words related to certain topics, such as the data on March 26, 2020, representing talks related to the topic of "doing activities from home", "health", and "government policy". The data on March 29, 2020, represent talks related to the topic of "activities from home", "expression of feelings", "new habits". The data on June 28, 2020, represent talks related to the topic of "health protocol", "social assistance", "health". And on July 23, 2020 data represents talks related to the topic of "data security", "fine policy", and "policy".

Abstract

Abstrak. Pandemi covid19 menyebabkan dibeberapa daerah tidak dapat melaksanakan proses pendidikan dan pelatihan seperti seminar ataupun workshop secara luring, sehingga mengakibatkan pelaksanaanya harus beralih menggunakan mode daring. Tulisan ini menyajikan model aplikasi berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi seputar seminar dan pelatihan daring khususnya yang diselenggarakan oleh Whiteboard Edu setiap saat, serta mampu mengelola setiap kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir dalam memfasilitasi terlaksananya seminar dan atau workshop daring. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil uji fungsionalitas sistem menunjukkan fitur-fitur pada sistem Web telah berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna untuk mempermudah pengelolaan kegiatan workshop secara daring.Kata kunci: Sistem Aplikasi, Manajemen Pelatihan, Berbasis Web, Whiteboard Edu, Rapid Application Development Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused some areas to be unable to carry out education and training processes such as seminars or workshops offline, resulting in the implementation having to switch to using online mode. This paper presents a Web-based application model that can be used to provide information about online seminars and training, especially those organized by Whiteboard Edu at any time, and is able to manage every activity from start to finish in facilitating the implementation of online seminars and or workshops. Application development uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of the system functionality test show that the features on the Web system have been running according to user needs to make it easier to manage online workshop activities. Abstract

Abstrak: Otomatisasi Keputusan Pemberian Kredit Pensiun Menggunakan Metode Weighted Product. Dalam memberikan kredit pensiun, PT. Pos Indonesia masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan Pensiun yang berhak atau layak untuk mendapatkan pinjaman kredit, sehingga dalam menentukan Pensiun yang berhak dan layak untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta belum tentu hasil yang didapat juga benar. Maka penulis melakukan analisis kelayakan pemberian kredit agar bisa mempermudah dalam menentukan Pensiun yang layak atau diprioritaskan untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product, yaitu salah satu metode penyelesaian untuk masalah Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Multi Attribute Decision Making adalah keputusan analisis multi kriteria yang popular dan merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria. Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) akan mencari bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses peringkat yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal dari Pensiunan. Metode Weighted Product dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan kelayakan pemberian kredit. Penulis menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu, besar gaji, jumlah pinjaman, usia, jangka waktu kredit, kredit ke-berapa dan jaminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, mempermudah dalam menentukan pensiun yang layak atau diprioritaskan untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit pensiun.  Abstract: PENSION CREDIT ADMINISTRATION AUTOMATION USING THE WEIGHTED PRODUCT METHOD. In providing pension credit, PT. Pos Indonesia still has difficulties in determining which pensions are entitled or eligible to get a loan, so in determining which pensions are entitled and eligible to be given a credit loan requires a long time and not necessarily the results obtained are also correct. So the author analyzes the feasibility of lending in order to make it easier to determine which pensions are feasible or prioritized for credit loans. This study uses the Weighted Product method, which is one of the settlement methods for the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem. Multi Attribute Decision Making is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. Using the Weighted Product (WP) method will look for weights for each criterion, then a ranking process will be carried out that will determine the optimal alternative of the Pensioner. Weighted product methods can help in making credit worthiness decisions. The author uses five criteria, namely, the amount of salary, loan amount, age, credit period, what credit and collateral. Abstract

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is an electronic data exchange mechanism between a company and another company or Business to Business (B2B) in a supply chain cycle. In this study, EDI's role in managing the procurement of goods as well as the EDI model has been applied. Determination of vendor recommendations is one element of vendor performance evaluation of the procurement process. Lack of information and analysis obtained by PT. Cinovasi Rekaprima makes it difficult to predict vendor recommendations. Predicted vendor recommendations can help the Procurement Division in developing appropriate strategies to determine recommended vendors. This problem can be applied to data mining techniques to make predictions using the classification method. Decision Tree is a method that converts facts into decision trees that represent rules that can be interpreted by humans. Attributes that influence the determination of vendor recommendations consist of the availability of goods, services, ease of ordering and product quality. Sample data obtained directly from the Procurement Division of PT. Cinovasi Rekaprima is primary data in the form of vendor data (quotation) and secondary data in the form of vendor performance evaluation forms. The result of the EDI application is a classification consisting of 2 classes, namely recommended vendors and non-recommended vendors and the Procurement Division can use it for decision making to determine the right vendor, so that the procurement process becomes easier and increases company profitability. The testing model uses k-fold cross-validation with the k value is 1 to 10 fold. This application can determine vendor recommendations with the highest accuracy 87.00 % on k-3 and k-5 fold.

Abstract

The realization of village welfare and improvement of Village development can be started from the financial management aspects of the village. The village government has authority ranging from planning, implementation, reporting to accountability. There are two important variables as the financial aspects, there is village income, and village expenditure. The village budget process is a plan that will be compiled systematically. Planning has an association with predictions which is an indication of what is supposed to happen and predictions relating to what will happen. To provide a good village budget planning the village budget prediction feature is required. This prediction feature is done using data mining which is modeled i.e. multiple linear regression algorithm. The variable is selected using a purposive sampling technique and the sample count is 29 villages. Dependent variables are village Expenditure as Y, and independent variables i.e. village funds as X1 and village funding allocation as X2. The best values as validation were gained in the 3rd fold with a correlation coefficient of 0.8907, Mean Absolute Error value of 87209395.37, the value of Root Mean Squared Error of 114867675.6, Roll Absolute Error (RAE) Percentage was 42 %, and Root Relative Squared Error was 44 %.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini memberi banyak perubahan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan, tidak terkecuali terhadap perubahan perilaku interaksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Dari hasil survey diperoleh data bahwa terdapat 36% pemilik UKM belum melek komputer dan internet untuk bisnis, 12% pemilik UKM menggunakan komputer dan internet untuk bisnis dan hanya 6% saja pemilik UKM yang sukses berbisnis online. Berbagai kegiatan UMKM yang digerakan masyarakat salah satunya terdapat di Desa Cihanjuang. Di Desa Cihanjuang saat ini terdapat berbagai UMKM yang berjalan dan bergerak dalam bidang food, fashion dan craft. Pada umumnya UMKM yang ada dalam menjalankan kegiatannya belum melibatkan teknologi berbasis internet sehingga penetrasi pasar pun masih berjalan secara konvensional. Hal ini yang  menjadi permasalahan bagi masyarakat karena adanya keterbatasan informasi dan pengetahuan teknis penggunaan teknologi e-Commerce. Program PKM ini merupakan kegiatan yang menjembatani para pelaku UMKM untuk dapat mengoptimalkan peran media sosial khususnya facebook dan instagram sebagai media dalam memasarkan produknya. Secara lebih lengkap PKM ini bertujuan untuk 1) memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM di Desa Cihanjuang tentang e-Commerce. 2) memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan implementasi penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produk UMKM. Sasaran dari PKM ini adalah para UMKM yang berada di Desa Cihanjuang Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Abstract: The rapid development of technology today gives many changes in various sectors of life, no exception to changes in interaction behavior between sellers and buyers. From the results of the survey obtained data that there are 36% of the owners of SMES not yet literate computers and internet for business, 12% of SME owners use computers and internet for business and only 6% of the owners of SMES who succeed in business online. Various SMES activities in the movement of the community are located in Cihanjuang village. In Cihanjuang village, various SMES are running and moving in the field of food, fashion, and craft. In general, SMES in carrying out their activities does not involve Internet-based technology, so the market penetration still running conventionally. It is a problem for the community because of the limited information and technical knowledge of the use of e-Commerce technology. This PKM Program is an activity that bridges SMES to be able to optimize social media roles especially Facebook and Instagram as a medium in marketing their products. More fully the PKM aims to 1) give understanding to SMES in Cihanjuang village about e-Commerce. 2) Provide mentoring and training implementation of social media use as a means to market SMES products. The target of the PKM is the SMES in the village of the Cihanjuang District Parongpong district of West Bandung.

Abstract

The problem that arises in the business activities of companies that are based on the sale of goods is the lack of a system that can help companies carry out the activities of shipping goods from warehouses to stores. Therefore, in this project, a web-based and Android-integrated transportation and routing selection system will be developed. So that it can facilitate officers in choosing the type of transportation and also the driver in seeing the route.The function of selecting the type of transportation is very important to assist officers in selecting the type of transportation suitable for delivering goods. As well as with the routing function that can help the driver to find out the intended route. By developing this system, companies can easily access and monitor goods sent to the store and guarantee the safety of the goods sent will get to the store through the token feature. This application is designed using the PHP programming language and Code Igniter (CI) and MySQL framework as the database and UML as the analysis process and also integrates the Android system. This application can be accessed by super administrators, warehouse officers, staff, drivers, and shop owners who have registered in this application, which makes this application convenient for users to use. Abstract

Telekomunikasi Indonesia is one of the companies that prioritize customers, but there is no information about customer characteristics. In this research, an analysis of customer characteristics used as a basis for determining customer segmentation and customer profiling for digital products add on Indihome services using the K-Means Algorithm. Determination of the best number of clusters done using the Elbow method and a value of K = 3 obtained, so that customer data grouped into three segments. Customer data processing is divided into 3 simulations with the percentage of train data and test data 80% - 20%, 70% - 30% and 50% - 50%. The data used totaled 1392 records as a population where the data will used to find the characteristics of each data. Cluster evaluations carried out using the Silhouette Index, Davies Bouldin Index, and Calinski Harabasz Index methods. The results of the study show that the third simulation is the best based on cluster evaluation with 50% data train presentation and 50% data test where customer profiling is seen by analyzing the members of each cluster from the third simulation where cluster 0 has 396 customer members with a customer category that provides the biggest profit for the company, cluster 1 has members of 286 customers in the category of customers who unwittingly have great potential in providing benefits for the company, and cluster 2 has a member of 14 customers in the customer category that provides fewer benefits than the cost of providing services.

Abstract

In this globalization era, marketing communication is very important to help increase sales promotion of indihome digital service products by utilizing customer location points that use indihome services. Currently there are many information systems that are used to support and solve problems in determining the location of a place. Determination of location can be done using mapping. The mapping of Indihome customers is done by utilizing a map provided by Google, the Google Maps API based on the address of the Indihome service customer. Therefore, we need a system to find out which areas use the most indihome services, so that it will make it easier to target promotions for indihome customers who have not used to add services to Indihome such as Movin, Indihome Gamers, Indihome Music, Indihome Music, Indihome Studies, Indihome Storage, Indihome Servers, Video Calls, and other additional packages. The results of this mapping can determine areas / regions that have the potential to be promoted in connection with the addition of indihome service products, so that it will have an impact on increasing customers and sales revenue of Add On products.
