Abstract

This Study aims analyze comparatively the implementation of fiqh education through the practice of breaking the fast during Ramadan at TPA Darussalam Sukoharjo and TPA Al-Hidayah Boyolali. The background of this research is the importance of integrating theoretical understanding with practical worship in fiqh education within non-formal educational institutions. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-comparative design. Data were collected through observation and interviews with TPA leaders, teachers (ustaz/ustazah), and students involved in Ramadan activities. The results show that TPA Darussalam applies a systematic and structured approach, characterized by regular iftar practices, habituation of collective prayers, and evaluation of attitudes and understanding. Meanwhile, TPA Al-Hidayah adopts a more flexible and dialogical approach, emphasizing the understanding of the meaning of fasting; however, the practices have not been implemented consistently. The main differences lie in aspects of planning, consistency of practice, and evaluation systems. This study concludes that the integration of structured practical habituation and dialogical deepening of meaning constitutes an ideal model for implementing fiqh education based on the practice of breaking the fast during Ramadan in TPA.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of the effect of integrating motivational elements in the teaching of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) on muamalah using the Targhib Wa Tarhib book, as well as to measure the students' understanding and enthusiasm in the learning process. The method used is qualitative by conducting participatory observation, interviews, and documentation collection. This research was conducted at the Al-Manshur Popongan West Complex Girls' Islamic Boarding School, Klaten, with research subjects consisting of kyai, boarding school administrators, and students. The findings of the study indicate that teaching based on the Targhib Wa Tarhib book is effective in improving students' understanding of muamalah material, which is characterized by the students' ability to connect the concepts taught with everyday life and changes in behavior towards a more positive direction. Furthermore, students show very high enthusiasm for learning, seen from their desire to participate in activities, actively ask questions, and take part in discussions both inside and outside the classroom environment. Even though Targhib Wa Tarhib does not discuss muamalah in a technical way, the motivational values contained in it have the potential to shape the moral and spiritual awareness of students in interacting within muamalah. Thus, integrating motivational elements in the learning process has been proven to be able to create meaningful learning experiences, not only in the cognitive realm but also in effective and social aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dakwah Ramadhan oleh pendakwah muda dalam membimbing praktik keagamaan jamaah di Masjid At-Taqwa Tawangrejo dalam perspektif hukum fiqih. Dakwah Ramadhan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan dan kualitas ibadah umat, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan puasa, zakat fitrah, shalat tarawih, dan berbagai amalan sunnah lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan dakwah Ramadhan yang dilakukan oleh pendakwah muda di masjid tersebut. Analisis juga dilakukan dengan pendekatan normatif dalam perspektif hukum fiqih untuk menilai kesesuaian materi dan metode dakwah dengan prinsip-prinsip fiqih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah Ramadhan dilaksanakan secara terencana dan terkoordinasi dengan pengurus takmir masjid. Pendakwah muda memiliki kesiapan keilmuan yang memadai dalam menyampaikan materi fiqih ibadah yang didukung oleh dalil Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan literatur fiqih. Selain itu, metode penyampaian dilakukan secara komunikatif melalui ceramah singkat, penjelasan praktis, dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif. Dakwah tersebut tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyampaian materi keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai proses edukasi fiqih praktis yang membimbing jamaah dalam melaksanakan ibadah Ramadhan secara tepat sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat.
