Abstrak: Pengelolaan limbah sampah plastik menjadi paving block merupakan inovasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan sekaligus menghasilkan produk konstruksi bernilai guna. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa Teknik Sipil dalam mengelola limbah plastik secara produktif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu pra-kegiatan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pra-kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pre-test untuk mengkaji pengetahuan awal mahasiswa terkait konsep pengelolaan limbah, proses pengolahan, jenis plastik yang dimanfaatkan, manfaat lingkungan, serta nilai guna dan ekonomi produk. Tahap pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan teknis pembuatan paving block melalui proses pengumpulan, pembersihan, peleburan, pencampuran, dan pencetakan. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui post-test, penilaian kualitas produk, dan refleksi pembelajaran. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan, dengan capaian konsep dasar 92%, proses pengolahan 84%, pengenalan produk 88%, pemahaman manfaat dan keberlanjutan 76%, serta minat pengembangan inovasi 70%. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dan paving block berkualitas baik.Abstract: The management of plastic waste into paving blocks is a community service innovation that aims to reduce environmental pollution while producing useful construction products. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Civil Engineering students in managing plastic waste productively and sustainably. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely pre-activity, implementation, and evaluation. The pre-activity stage includes socialization, counseling, and a pre-test to assess students' initial knowledge related to waste management concepts, processing, types of plastics used, environmental benefits, and the utility and economic value of the product. The implementation stage consists of technical training in paving block manufacturing through the processes of collection, cleaning, melting, mixing, and molding. The evaluation stage was conducted through post-tests, product quality assessments, and learning reflections. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with achievements of 92% in basic concepts, 84% in processing, 88% in product recognition, 76% in understanding benefits and sustainability, and 70% in interest in innovation development. This activity resulted in an increase in student competence and high-quality paving blocks.
