Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students' politeness in speech at SMK 9 Medan. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings indicate that students who receive PAI education better understand the importance of good communication and respecting others in speech. Additionally, the role of PAI teachers is significant in guiding and setting an example of polite communication practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the strategies employed by MTs NU Medan in managing Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nahdlatul Ulama Medan in implementing the regulations issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research is qualitative in nature, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis as methods of data collection. The results of this study are expected to assist educational institutions in managing madrasahs in accordance with the implementation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs regulations.
