Abstract

The adoption of QRIS in Pontianak has continued to grow in line with changing payment patterns among the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived benefit on QRIS user satisfaction. A quantitative method with an associative design was employed, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that all instruments were valid and reliable, the data were normally distributed, and no multicollinearity was detected. Regression analysis produced a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.708 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.502. The F-test confirmed that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction (F = 48.806; p 0.001). Partial tests showed that perceived ease of use (β = 0.401; p 0.001) and perceived benefit (β = 0.274; p = 0.002) each exert a significant positive influence. In conclusion, QRIS user satisfaction is determined by the perceived ease of use and perceived benefits. The practical implication emphasizes the need for service providers to continuously improve accessibility, security, and the added value of transactions. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as trust or service quality and to extend the scope of study areas for broader generalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV Fathin Aesthetic Beauty Salon in Pemangkat. The research approach used is quantitative with an associative causal design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique employed Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS software. The results show that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality also has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty, while price does not have a significant direct effect on customer loyalty. However, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings confirm that customer satisfaction plays an important role as a linking mechanism between service quality and price in shaping customer loyalty. Practically, the results of this study provide implications for salon managers to prioritize improving service quality and setting fair prices as the main strategy in building long-term customer loyalty. Future research is suggested to include other variables such as trust, brand image, perceived value, or relationship quality, as well as to expand the research object and area in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence customer loyalty in the beauty service industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Rental Decisions at AJC Mini Soccer Field in Pontianak City. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. A total of 100 consumers who met the purposive sampling criteria were included as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25, supported by validity testing, reliability testing, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that partially, facilities had a positive and significant effect on rental decisions, with a t-value of 4.940 t-table of 1.660, and likewise Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on rental decisions with a t-value of 3.083 t-table of 1.660. Simultaneously, facilities and service quality significantly affected rental decisions (p 0.001), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.469. These findings indicate that facilities and service quality explain 46.9% of the contribution to rental decisions, while the remaining proportion is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Practically, the results emphasize the importance of managing field facilities that are comfortable and consistent, and providing high-quality services, as key strategies to increase rental decisions at local sports facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience on the Repurchase Intention of consumers of CV Catering Bunda Agus in Pontianak City. The study employed a quantitative associative approach with purposive sampling involving 100 respondents who had previously purchased catering products from Bunda Agus. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression (SPSS 25). The results show that Product has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention (β = 0,386; p = 0,005), Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect (β = 0,032; p = 0,032), and Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect (β = 0,281; p = 0,014). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention (F = 28,190; p 0,001) with the model’s explanatory power of 46,8% (R² = 0,468). These findings indicate that the increase in repurchase intention is mainly influenced by strengthening product aspects and customer experience, while digital marketing serves as a supporting reinforcement. The managerial implication is that CV Catering Bunda Agus needs to prioritize consistency in quality and menu variety, strengthen the service experience (ease of ordering, responsiveness, and handling special requests), and optimize digital content and interactions to strengthen consumer engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality and digital promotion on parents’ decisions to enroll their children at SD Global Maju Khatulistiwa in Southeast Pontianak District. The research addresses increasing competition among primary schools, which requires institutions to not only improve internal service performance but also strengthen external communication through digital platforms. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed to analyze the relationships among variables. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 69 parents selected using stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that service quality and digital promotion both have a positive and significant effect on parents’ school choice decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The regression analysis shows that service quality has a stronger influence than digital promotion, while the coefficient of determination reveals that both variables explain 42.7% of the variation in parents’ enrollment decisions. These findings suggest that parents’ decisions are shaped not only by the tangible quality of educational services but also by how effectively schools communicate their value through digital media. This study contributes to the literature on educational marketing by providing empirical evidence from the primary education context. Practically, the findings highlight the importance for schools to integrate service improvement with consistent and credible digital promotion strategies. Future research is encouraged to include additional variables, such as school image or tuition perception, to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of parents’ school choice behavior.
