Abstract

The need for information systems is a very important requirement for running business processes. As the development of technology is very necessary when an information technology really supports the information systems required form. Kano method can be used to determine the need for patient information systems. With the process of the Kano method used is based on the need for information systems. because the method aims to mengatagorikan canoe will need attribute information systems. ignorance of the service attributes can cause a negative for the company services. It therefore requires an information system that can meet the needs of patient information so users of patient information is needed to support the company's performance

Abstract

the scholarship is an educational assistance provided by an institution or non agency, agencies that are given to students who are top achievers or less capable in order to support the students ' learning process. Rumah zakat is one of the agencies that provide assistance or scholarship for school students in Batam city, for this process, there is no special way or mathematical calculations used this process for Rumah zakat, thus allowing the scholarship is not right on targetMamdani fuzzy logic is fuzzy logic by using a function, Mamdani method can be implemented in the decision-making, as do determine the selection of scholarship recipients, by implementing fuzzy logic for the selection process for the scholarship recipients, then the results obtained will be more precisely targeted, because the process is generated based on calculation mathematically.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sangat penting karena potensi kecerdasan dan dasar-dasar perilaku seseorang yang terbentuk pada usia dini sehingga usia ini sering disebut usia golden age. Setiap anak memiliki potensi, tetapi potensi tersebut hanya dapat berkembang manakala diberi rangsangan, bimbingan, bantuan, dan perlakuan sesuai dengan tingkat pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Sedikitnya terdapat 8 potensi kecerdasan yang terdapat pada anak. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya pengetahuan orang tua dan orang sekitar dalam melihat potensi kecerdasan yang terdapat pada anak khususnya anak usia dini. Sistem pakar adalah aplikasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sebagaimana yang dipikirkan oleh pakar. Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Pengembangan potensi Kecerdasan Pada Anak Usia Dini Ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan
