<![CDATA[Abstrak: Distribusi industri besar dan keberadaan sektor unggulan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kondisi sosial ekonomi wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh distribusi industri terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis Location Quotient (LQ) untuk mengidentifikasi sektor basis dan nonbasis berdasarkan kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi industri besar di Kabupaten Tulungagung cenderung terkonsentrasi pada kecamatan dengan aksesibilitas serta infrastruktur ekonomi yang lebih baik. Terdapat beberapa sektor industri teridentifikasi sebagai sektor unggulan yang berperan signifikan dalam perekonomian daerah. Konsentrasi industri dan sektor unggulan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi, penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta dinamika migrasi penduduk, sehingga turut membentuk perbedaan kondisi sosial ekonomi antarwilayah di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Abstract: The distribution of large industries and the existence of leading sectors play an important role in shaping the socio-economic conditions. This study aims to analyse the influence of the distribution of industries on the socio-economic conditions in Tulungagung Regency. The research method used a descriptive quantitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis to identify base and non-base sectors based on their contribution to the GDP and labour. The results show that the distribution of large industries in Tulungagung Regency concentrated in sub-districts with better accessibility and economic infrastructure. Several industrial sectors were identified as leading sectors that play a significant role in the regional economy. The concentration of these industries and leading sectors has an impact on increasing economic activity, labour absorption, and population migration dynamics, thereby contributing to differences in socio-economic conditions between regions in Tulungagung.]]>
