Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh self efficacy, self esteem, dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Siteba. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 responden yaitu karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Siteba. Metode analisis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji t statistik yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel self esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel self efficacy, self esteem, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh dari variabel self efficacy, self esteem, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 83,1%, sisanya sebesar 16,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada diluar model penelitian. Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy, Self Esteem, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work environment in improving employee performance at Bank Nagari Siteba Branch. The research sample was 60 respondents, namely employees of Bank Nagari Siteba Branch. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the statistical t-test conducted, it can be concluded that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The self-esteem variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variables of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work environment simultaneously or together affect employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the variables of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work environment on employee performance is 83.1%, the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Self Esteem, Work Environment, and Employee Performance
