Abstract

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan minyak limbah ikan patin mengandung lemak sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi dalam ransum broiler. Penambahan emulsifier dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan penyerapan lemak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imbangan CPO dan minyak limbah ikan patin yang disuplementasi emulsifier lysoforte dalam ransum terhadap aktivitas enzim pada duodenum broiler. Percobaan dilakukan terhadap 120 ekor sampel broiler strain Cobb, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuannya meliputi P1 (ransum mengandung 3% CPO+emulsifier lysoforte), P2 (ransum mengandung 2% CPO+1% MLIP+emulsifier lysoforte), P3 (ransum mengandung 1,5% CPO+1,5% MLIP+emulsifier lysoforte), P4 (ransum mengandung 1% CPO+2% MLIP+emulsifier lysoforte), dan P5 (ransum mengandung 3% MLIP+emulsifier lysoforte). Variabel yang diamati meliputi aktivitas enzim amilase, protease, dan lipase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan minyak limbah ikan patin dan CPO yang disuplementasi dengan emulsifier lysoforte memberikan hasil yang berbeda nyata terhadap aktivitas enzim amilase dan lipase, namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap aktivitas enzim protease. Ransum broiler P3 yang mengandung 1,5% CPO, 1,5% minyak limbah ikan patin dan emulsifier lysoforte memberikan hasil yang paling baik terhadap aktivitas enzim amilase dan lipase dibanding perlakuan lainnya. ABSTRACT Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and catfish waste oil contain fat, making them suitable energy sources in broiler rations. The addition of emulsifiers is intended to increase fat absorption. This study aimed to determine the effect of the balance of CPO and catfish waste oil supplemented with Lysoforte emulsifier in the ration on enzyme activity in the broiler duodenum. The experiment was conducted on 120 Cobb strain broiler samples, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications. The treatments included P1 (ration containing 3% CPO+lysoforte emulsifier), P2 (ration containing 2% CPO+1% MLIP+lysoforte emulsifier), P3 (ration containing 1.5% CPO+1.5% MLIP+lysoforte emulsifier), P4 (ration containing 1% CPO+2% MLIP+lysoforte emulsifier), and P5 (ration containing 3% MLIP+lysoforte emulsifier). The observed variables included amylase, protease, and lipase enzyme activity. The results showed that the addition of catfish waste oil and CPO supplemented with lysoforte emulsifier gave significantly different results on amylase and lipase enzyme activity, but not significantly different on protease enzyme activity. The P3 broiler ration containing 1.5% CPO, 1.5% catfish waste oil, and lysoforte emulsifier gave the best results on amylase and lipase enzyme activity compared to other treatments.
